Your right to return goods is covered by Consumer Contracts Regulations which gives you key cancellation rights when you enter into contracts at a distance .
Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods and the goods are dispatched in multiple packages the 14 day period runs from when you get the last package.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For goods which we supply these are prints which are customised to your requirements.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original saleable condition.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return has been received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Please be aware that there is often a delay between us processing a refund and it being credited to your account.
When you notify us of your intention to return an item we will provide you a shipping address and instructions by email.
We will refund the cost of shipping the goods back to us using our choice of carrier as well as the basic cost of shipping the goods to you. Any additional cost such as priority delivery will not be refunded.
